I originally drew this in 1975 in pencil. Looking through old drawings I saw this and decided to do it in watercolor.
The Navion first came out in the 40’s, a P-51 styled 4 seat airplane for the consumer. This drawing is of the 60’s reissue.
I originally drew this years ago but over time it got very faded. So I redrew it recently for fun and to bring it back to life.

We were roaming around French Town, N.J. and I fell in love with this old brick building, now all retail space.

I have started drawing the gnarled old pine trees around us. I decided to try one in vine charcoal. It is fast, fun and I like it!
